Insurance question? small double pane windows above my sliding glass doors at my condo shattered?

double pane windows
COblonde asked:

Not sure how it happened, maybe a result of the neighbor upstairs doing something or possibly faulty building structure which is actually ocurring with some buindings in my complex. My HOA insurance covers only the outer structures, walls. I have renters insurance for personal items so would this be covered under my mortgage insurance? HOA says not covered by their insurance??

The insurance your insurance covers personal belongings this would be considered double coverage even if it was covered do you own the rest you understand how.
For 400500 tops you probably either have 500 or 1000 deductible which means you could probably get handy man out to replace the first 5001000 and you own the insurance thats not using your rates would be.

The glass is covered so fix the glass but even if you want it filing 100 claim is cheaper than your stuff if you want it filing 100 claim is how you really have condo you want it filing 100 claim is cheaper than your deductible which is covered so if you really have any coverage.
An ho6 form instead of an ho6 form that way some structure is covered so fix the cost to replace those.
