How can I make large plastic forms at home?

I am determined to build a high powered vehicle and manually need to make it as light as possible. I'm having an aluminum frame, but would like the body panels made of plastic as it is lighter things easier for the driver. Since I'm just building it for myself and not for any kind of mass production that I want to make body parts at home for cheap. I looked in the casting resin and other types of molding, but most projects seem to be oriented to small projects. I need to be taken to pieces about three feet by two feet so that the plastic should be strong enough. It must also have a melting point high enough that it can be heated to about 35-40 degrees (the maximum temperature that the sun could he the heat here) a substance that dries clear would be helpful, but it would be allowed if it was necessary for the glass windows.

Why do you not related to the resin fiberglass. It sets at room temperature, can be shaped by hand, and it is cheap. Therefore they started to build Corvettes out of it. They wanted light, inexpensive to produce in small quantities.
